Conqueror wip – Recreate the model, making sure the clay stays wet and there are no undercuts

Conqueror wip – Attatch the clay to a board and build a clay wall up to the profile line

Conqueror wip – Secure the boards around the model and seal the gaps with more clay

Conqueror wip – Fill the box the plaster

Conqueror wip – Wait for it to dry

Conqueror wip – First half of the mold is ready. Flip it and clean it

Conqueror wip – Add new boards around it and seal them as well

Conqueror wip – Fill second half with plaster

Conqueror wip – Open the two parts and remove the clay pieces

Conqueror wip – Clean up the mold

Conqueror wip – Fill the mold with wax and empty it out several times, until a thick shell of wax is build

Conqueror wip – Cool down the mold and remove the wax

Conqueror wip – Start putting together the pieces of wax

Conqueror wip – Add and model all the details

Conqueror wip – Make the main channel for the bronze to flow in

Conqueror wip – Secure it to a board and apply alcohol to prevent air bubble formation

Conqueror wip – Mix the investment

Conqueror wip – Fill up the canister with the investment

Conqueror wip – Put it in the kiln for a week to melt all the wax

Conqueror wip – Melt some bronze

Conqueror wip – Pour the bronze into the investment mold

Conqueror wip – Wait an hour

Conqueror wip – Remove canister

Conqueror wip – Reveal moment

Conqueror wip – Continue breaking the investment

Conqueror wip – Use various tools to clean up the investment

Conqueror wip – Sand blast to clean up any remaining investment

Conqueror wip – Start cutting off the channels

Conqueror wip – There are a few minor problems that can be fixed

Conqueror wip – Use angle grinder to work on the flat surface

Conqueror wip – Continue by hand with sandpapers

Conqueror wip – Make sure the surface is as flat as possible
